The cash rewards earned can be withdrawn through PayTM, UPI and Net Banking.

This can be due to multiple reasons:

1) You are not a Superstar yet - If you have less than 5 referrals, then you receive the referral bonus in your bonus wallet. This money can be used to play games but cannot be withdrawn directly.

2) Your referral has already registered on WinZO before - If a phone number has already been used to play on WinZO, you won't receive referral bonus for it.

3) Your referral money is under verification - Once you become a superstar, WinZO's trademarked fraud check algorithm analyses your referrals for genuineness. You receive the money after 2 calendar days of the referral. You can see this in the Daily Settlements section of the app.

4) Your referral money was marked as fraud - The algorithm detected unfairness in your referrals and marked them as fraud. This can be seen in the Daily Settlement sections of the app.

Yes, you can instantly withdraw your referral money via UPI, PayTM, bank transfers etc. While in most cases the withdrawals are immediate, there may be some instances where the amount may take 2 business days to credit.
