We are an RNG-certified Platform. An RNG certificate is a stamp of approval from a licensed testing organization that confirms the compliance of online gaming platforms with RNG requirements. All rules, regulations, and conditions concerning the Services offered on the Platform apply equally to all participants. This ensures that our Users have equal opportunity, without bias or preferential treatment. 

No Conflicts of Interest

We have no interest in the results of games offered on our Platform. Our Services and the benefits we offer do not depend upon particular Users winning or losing. 

In addition, any person, including our employee, who is involved in the development, maintenance, or operation of the Services, is specifically prohibited from participating in any contest on the Platform, if their participation may alter or unfairly influence their performance in such contest.

We offer our Services with full transparency. 

Our Users affirmatively accept our terms when they create an account on our Platform. They are able to review the pre-determined rules of games, before participating in any game-play. They are able to access ‘How to Play’ tutorials before participating in any game play on the Platform. Besides, all Users are made aware of the deductions, winning amounts, and other relevant information, before the commencement of gameplay.

We have instituted compliance measures commensurate with its Services, to ensure transaction security and potential illicit activity on its Platform. These measures, described more fully in our AML Policy, illustratively include onboarding and ongoing customer screening, and transaction-based controls.

We follow a user identification protocol to establish the identity of persons to whom we are providing Services. For this purpose, we collect certain minimum player identification details from each User, who registers an account with us. Withdrawal of money on the Platform may be permitted subject strictly to the submission of a User’s PAN, Aadhaar verification, geolocation verification, and the withdrawal bank details, as per verified documents. 

We also monitor payment activity on the Platform, through manual and automated means, on an ongoing basis. Such monitoring may be performed using rule-based systems developed in-house or by third parties. We may review User history and activity patterns, to check for unusual or suspicious behaviour, and implement additional controls or limits on the Platform as may be appropriate. Users may make payments for Services only through integrated payment gateways, through electronic means. 

If we detect unusual or suspicious User behaviour, we may take actions we deem appropriate, including without limitation:

1. ask Users to submit more information and/or documents;
2. mandate additional KYC verification;
3. restrict, suspend, or terminate a User’s account;
4. disallow withdrawal of funds by a User; and
5. forfeit amounts sought to be withdrawn by a User.

We proactively implement fraud detection systems to prevent, deter, and detect instances of fraud during gameplay. Random number generators are deployed to ensure that card sequences are unpredictable, non-repeatable and uniformly distributed. 

If we are made aware that a User has engaged in illegal or fraudulent conduct, we will take responsive action, and may restrict or terminate such User’s use of our Services, and block, restrict, or forfeit any amounts, prizes, or privileges such User may have received. We may seek refund and may also take legal action. 

We endorse responsible gaming and take measures for the prevention and avoidance of excessive gaming and to minimize the negative effects of excessive gaming. We may notify Users if their accrued spending exceeds a certain limit. Users may be notified when their game sessions are long to take an optional break. If Users’ session exceeds a certain time, we may mandate the User to take a non-negotiable break.

Users are responsible for the costs they may incur in accessing our Services, including for their internet connection and/or mobile or data charges. Users remain responsible for the quality, stability, and security of their internet connection. Disruption or disconnection of Users’ internet may affect their Platform experience and interaction, and may cause such Users to be declared lost. We may deduct the entire amount submitted by the User for gameplay in case of disconnection of internet services. Users are advised to check their internet connection before start of a gameplay to avoid such forfeiture. 

Any person who has not attained the age of majority must refrain from accessing our Services, and especially any features on the Platform which may require the payment of money. Any underage player who has provided dishonest or inaccurate information regarding their true age may have all winnings forfeited and could face criminal prosecution.

Any User who creates an account with WinZO must affirmatively check a box that indicates that they are at least 18 years of age. When a User creates an account with WinZO, we allow them an option to provide their name, address, and birth date for maintaining their user profile on the Platform. We never target underage players with marketing or advertising materials.

Users must never use our Services to publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content. Such actions are explicitly prohibited by our terms and our Community Guidelines.
